Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to identify transportation needs, trends, and challenges.
Formulate transport policies and strategies to guide infrastructure development and service delivery.
Assess the environmental impact of transportation projects and implement sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee the construction of new transport infrastructure, including roads, bridges, terminals, and public transit facilities.
Manage and maintain existing infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity.
Implement intelligent transportation systems (ITS) technologies for traffic management, safety, and information dissemination.
Responsibilities:
Enforce safety standards and regulations for all modes of transportation.
License and regulate public transport operators, including buses, taxis, and ride-hailing services.
Conduct vehicle inspections and safety audits.
Investigate accidents and incidents to improve safety measures.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of public transport systems, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
Oversee fare collection and ticketing systems.
Monitor the performance of public transport operators and ensure compliance with service standards.
Promote public transport usage through marketing and outreach.

Manage the agency’s financial resources, including budgeting, accounting, and procurement.
Oversee human resources functions, such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
Manage administrative tasks, such as information technology, facilities management, and legal affairs.
